Chinese telecoms giants Huawei and ZTE pose a risk to the EU's security, the European Commission warns. EU Commissioner for the Internal Market, Thierry Breton, says "the Commission will implement the 5G toolbox principle... to avoid exposure to Huawei and ZTE".
